TRAINING
It takes knowledge, skill, and attitude adjustment to move an organization where you want it to go. Attitude adjustment is the most difficult. Insufficient knowledge and inadequate skills make it more difficult, if not impossible, to change attitude. Training will not solve every problem in an organization, but it's priceless in many situations. There's not a human being on this planet who doesn't want to learn, especially if there's a good reason to do so. Learning styles and training methods differ. It is critical to work with a trainer who knows what you want to achieve and how to deliver training that works for the participants.
Together we will:
- Identify the knowledge and skills needed
- Determine if there is a learning gap impeding organizational progress
- Develop a plan to meet your training needs
I will:
- Design a course to meet your specific needs
- Develop materials for the course
- Provide training
- Help you to evaluate the effectiveness of the training
