  • develop a plan to meet your training needs.

If your training need is within my area of expertise, I will:

  • Design a course to meet your specific needs;
  • Develop materials for the course;
  • Provide training;
  • Help you to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.

If it is not, I will:

  • Help you find the training resources to meet your need;
  • Help you evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
