Terry Berg assists clients with achieving their goals and addressing issues that impede progress. She is an active listener who is quick to grasp a situation and propose realistic measures that promote progress. Her sense of humor and creativity bring energy to the tasks she undertakes. She provides counsel on problem solving, organizational development, management, strategic planning, fundraising, training, marketing, and communication. As a nationally certified Standards for Excellence® consultant, Terry works with clients to implement best practices that fit their needs. When a client’s needs require a team of experts, Terry leads a corps of experienced and respected colleagues who share her commitment to quality and success. Her clients range from start up to well established international organizations that provide a variety of services and products.

Prior to establishing Terry Berg Solutions, Inc., Terry was interim Director of the Development at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF). In the corporate realm, Terry was the Training Manager of operations division of Wärtsilä North America, a subsidiary of the Finnish energy corporation. In the education field, Terry taught and administered schools in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Terry has provided workshops for the Maryland Association of Nonprofits, the Anne Arundel Community College, and the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore. She has served on several Boards, including the United Way and the American Business Women’s Association. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and resides in Maryland.
